22 glorious years of Megaman.

I've been getting back in to the Megaman fandom pretty hard lately. It's one of those old fandoms that I used to be a quiet member of, sitting in the back and watching all the things that went on. Mostly because at the time I was bad at the games and wasn't good at producing fan-content. I was just a kid, but I loved it.

I remember sitting next to helping him out against the Yellow Devil in Megaman 3 by doing the second player slowdown trick. That's what little siblings are for, isn't it?

I've been collecting Megaman materials. I have the first DVD set for the Ruby Spears cartoon and the Wish Upon a Star OVA set. I've been thinking of making a feature out of these materials because there's a lot to pull out of these.

But this week, oh this week it's all about The Protomen [link]
It's a shameful joy that I've been indulging in. I'm sincerely impressed by the mix of musical styles included in the various songs. The Amazon page has music samples up so you can hear a little bit of what they're offering. I ended up buying both albums and the remix CD by Makeup And Vanity Set as well.

I recommend them, they're aces.
